The Eligibility Doctrine dictates what requirements someone must have to be elligible to be a part of the C.A.A. If they meet these standards then they can apply for a Commission and officially become a part of the C.A.A. The organization is open to any Christian, we do not discriminate against race, sex, or otherwise. But we have to have Christians as our core group, because without God, we are doomed to fail. Our whole purpose is to serve him, so our members must all be "plugged in" to him as well, to make sure we are all getting the same orders. It also helps determine if a person would like being a part of the C.A.A. as we only want people who want to be here.
