Emergency Response Force 1

Emergency Response Force 1 Emblem

Emergency Response Force 1 is an all-hazards disaster response unit based out of Sector 2.  The unit is a joint unit primarily supported by Central CommandUnited Security Operations, and Communications and Data.  It was created to consolidate all emergency and disaster response-tasked units assigned to Sector 2, into one single overarching unit and chain of command.  The unit is setup similar to a Task Force and is divided into four Detachments, each focusing on a functional area of operations.  The unit was designed to be modular, meaning it prescribes to a flexible operational structure and personnel receive a great deal of cross-training to allow them to fulfill multiple roles as needed.

Uniforms of Emergency Response Force 1

ERF 1 primarily wears uniforms in Navy Blue (Color Type 1, with red T-shirts), but may also wear Coyote (Color Type 2) for hot weather and wilderness-focused units.  To enhance unit cohesion and modularity, all personnel within the unit generally wear the same uniform; regardless of their parent Command or individual unit assignment.   Unless assigned to a specialized role that requires a specific uniform (like security).  Uniforms commonly worn by ERF 1 include:

Service Dress Uniform Class A

Service Dress Uniform Class B

 Responder Garrison Uniform Class C

Responder Utility Uniform Class C

Administrative Uniform with Red Polo and Tan Pants Class C

Field Basic Service Uniform Class E (When participating in Community Service activities)

Physical Training Uniform Class E
Because ERF units are deployable, they typically require Type 4 or greater hygiene and appearance requirements when in full uniform.
